  • We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Excel ELD for your personal or business fleet needs.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the app.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use.

4. Data and Connectivity

  • The app depends on Bluetooth/Internet connectivity with the PT-30 device.
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to network or hardware failures.

5. Compliance

  • Drivers and carriers are responsible for ensuring that data recorded with Excel ELD complies with FMCSA and local transport authority requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, penalties, or legal consequences arising from incorrect use of Excel ELD or device malfunction.
  • The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
